Exposing Irina Jad

Documented evidence of fraudulent activities through Ticketmeta and other schemes

Learn How It Works

The Fraudulent Scheme

Irina Jad is a fraudster posing as a professional in the crypto industry, event management, and entertainment. Her only real pursuit has been personal gain through manipulation.

She claims her career began at Piccolo Teatro de Milano, where she allegedly developed a passion for art and money. In truth, it was a love for easy profits.

Over 15 years, Irina Jad has no notable achievements. She hasn't organized major events or worked with artists, and her name is unknown in the industry. Her claims are pure fiction.

The Ticketmeta Scam

Irina Jad and Anna Ivanko promoting Ticketmeta scam

In 2022, Irina Jad, alongside another scammer, Anna Ivanko from St. Petersburg, founded Ticketmeta (website: www.ticketmeta.io). Marketed as a blockchain ticketing platform, it's a scheme to deceive investors in Europe, Singapore, Russia, and Dubai.

Here's my story to warn others. I've known Anna Ivanko since 2007—she was my friend's ex-wife and ran LLC "Art-Resource," a staffing agency in St. Petersburg that worked with my businesses.

In 2021, Anna moved to Dubai. During a 2022 visit, she introduced me to Irina Jad, who lives between Dubai and Singapore. They pitched a platform for concerts accessible live or in augmented reality via VR glasses.

How The Scam Works

1

Creating False Credibility

Crafting an image of ambitious businesswomen: YouTube channels, Medium blogs, conference appearances, and a "meta-broadcast" of the Venice Carnival.

2

Amateurish Execution

The website www.ticketmeta.io is basic. The demo is amateurish, with 144p video. Only one "project" in three years.

3

False Guarantees

Assuring investors that Wael Jadallah, Irina's husband and alleged Moody's Managing Director, would cover losses, citing his $400,000 investment.

4

Dodging Obligations

Silence, ignored calls, and empty promises. A year later, the stake remains unformalized, and the debt unpaid.

Warning: Be Extremely Cautious

Irina and Anna are now promoting another ticket-selling platform, which I believe is another scam. I consider their actions fraudulent.

Helping a friend led to financial losses and legal battles in Russia and the UAE, where investor protections are strong.
